Wellow is on the Isle Of Wight, not far from Freshwater, and I went to a morning painting course with my sister today. I clocked this large barn, rather dark and foreboding atop a hill and thought it would make an interesting photo.
I didn’t fare too well with my painting though it was fun but on leaving I jogged across to the barn and took these.
I like this sepia type colouring for images such as these, just pushing the mid-tone sliders – red mostly, some green and just a touch of blue.
