As mentioned in the previous blog post an actress friend gave me some lighting equipment and I started practising portraits with a neighbour and my son.
On Monday, Jane came around for her headshots and it went pretty well. She was great – very patient and posed like a pro. On her suggestion, after some time under the lights, we went outside and found a lovely spot, gently lit in front of a stone wall in the barn.
I sent her 11 images which I edited whilst travelling down to London on the train yesterday. She came back pleased with the variety and has passed five of them on to her agent.
